RESERVATIONS
Who can reserve the Chalet:
- Private parties of 3 couples maximum (or a total of 8 people or less).
- This is a private vacation home and the owner reserves the right to deny any rental
inquiry.
How to reserve this Chalet:

- Identify the time you are interested, either for a week or your required
time period (week schedules have priority, but all time periods will be
considered). Please provide the following information in your reservation
request email: name and address; dates requested; number of occupants;
payment method (check, cashiers check, or money order).

- Confirmed booking will require a 50% rental fee deposit in the form of a check, money
order, or cashiers check, mailed to: Tom Wittman, 4409 Roxbury NE,
Albuquerque, NM 87111. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt
of this deposit and a signed confirmation agreement will be sent to your
address. This confirmation will provide a summary of your account. Note: a
reservation will be held for five days, to allow for the receipt of the
deposit. If use of a Credit Card is required, please telephone the
information.
Follow up on Booking:
- Twenty (21) days prior to arrival day you will need to pay the
remainder of the rent, plus a $500. security deposit will be required at
check in. You must specify the
exact number of guests, ref: couples and individuals.
- Arrangements for a place and time to meet the owner/manager will be made at that
time.
Cancellation policy:
- Twenty-one (21) days or more before the booking; the deposit will be
refunded minus 15%.
- Less than twenty-one (21) days before the reservation; if the property can
be booked to another party the full deposit minus 15% will be refunded.
- If the second payment (50% of rental charge) is not
received twenty-one (21) days prior to the reservation the Chalet will be
made available for rent and the deposit minus 15% will
be refunded only if a booking occurs.
- Refunds will be made if Taos Ski Valley is totally closed due to lack of
snow. This does not apply to possible temporary closures for reasons other
than lack of snow.
